SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 61st Contracting Flight, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following services listed below:
The purpose of this effort is to procure Audio Visual Integration System Consulting and Renovation Services. The acquisition strategy will be determined based on responses received from this notice and/or other market research methods.
The government is seeking experienced companies for the following scope of work:
Provide and install non-proprietary, modularly engineered, professional/broadcast-quality equipment. This includes 4K displays, Vaddio PTZ cameras, Shure ceiling microphone arrays, and BiAmp DSPs.
Enable presentation from five distinct locations within the courtroom. Provide seamless USB host switching for MS Teams/Zoom calls utilizing the room's cameras, mics, and existing ceiling speakers.
Provide AutoCAD/Visio system drawings, complete source code, user training, and 5 years of full maintenance and warranty support (including 24-hour turnaround for maintenance issues).

Interested vendors who believe they possess the expertise and experience to fulfill these requirements are invited to submit a Capability Statement:
Company Name, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID (UEI), and primary Point of Contact (Name, Email, Phone). Identify business size and socio-economic status (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, WOSB) under NAICS codes 334310 and 541519. Describe your firm's ability to provide a turnkey AV-over-IP solution that integrates Microsoft Teams with professional-grade hardware (BiAmp, Shure, Crestron, Vaddio) in a courtroom or secure DoD environment. Confirm the ability to provide uncompiled source code to the Government and mimic existing AF JAG software standards (drag-and-drop user interfaces). List any applicable Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) or GSA Schedules your company currently holds for these services. Documentation on technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this project. Refer to the draft Performance Works Statement (PWS) document. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this communication articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
