The US Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, is seeking a contractor to provide exterior pressure washing services for its facilities. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC - Services Requested: - Exterior pressure washing (low-pressure soft wash) for Hangars HMF 1 & 2 and Building 63 Warehouse - Cleaning of exterior walls, doors, windows, gutters, and other surfaces - Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and safety gear - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Use of water-based biodegradable cleaning products - Strict environmental compliance and proper waste disposal - Work must be performed on weekends only (Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) - Contractor must submit a detailed work schedule within 5 days of award and begin work within 14 days of schedule approval - No specific OEMs, vendors, or part numbers are specified; contractor provides all necessary equipment and materials - Products/Facilities to be Serviced: - HMF 1 and HMF 2 (1 each) - Building 63 (1 each) - Quantities: - 1 service each for HMF 1 & 2 and Building 63 - No specific products or equipment brands are mandated; all requirements focus on service quality, environmental safety, and scheduling.

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QS0000014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, in accordance with (IAW) the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561790. The small business size standard is $9.0 million. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation.

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a 100% small business competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Contractors having the expertise and capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit offers in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
