NIST's Physical Measurement Lab, Sensor Science Division, is seeking new, ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatible optical mounts, motion controllers, and accessories for an advanced optical microscope assembly to measure EUV scintillator materials. - Government Buyer: - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Physical Measurement Lab, Sensor Science Division - Products Requested: - 8 UHV motorized optical mounts for 1-inch optics - 4 UHV motorized optical mounts for 2-inch optics - 24 motion controller/amplifiers (for 24 axes of motion) - 2 optional 6-inch CFF electrical feedthrough flanges - Transportation and related delivery expenses - Product Details: - Optical mounts must be UHV compatible, support piezo-driver remote actuation for pitch and yaw (5° range), and have in-vacuum cable lengths of at least 150 mm - Motion controllers must support 120 VAC, offer Ethernet/USB/serial communication, include LabView programming library, and all necessary cables; joystick control is preferred if available - Feedthrough flanges must support 16 axes motor control, be 6-inch CFF knife edge, and use standard connectorized connections - All equipment must be new, vacuum compatible, and include a minimum 1-year warranty - Delivery required within 4 weeks for main items, 8 weeks for optional flanges, to NIST Gaithersburg - Payment upon installation, acceptance, and successful testing - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; vendors must meet detailed technical requirements in the SOW
