This Combined Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notification is associated with Request for Information/Sources Sought notification, 36C10B26R0015_1.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, intends to solicit and execute a contract modification to expand the scope of the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number 36C10B18D5000, supporting the enterprise wide deployment of the VA Electronic Health Record (EHR). Specifically, this modification will increase the overall contract ceiling and extend the Period of Performance. This action is necessary to continue EHRM deployment activities and associated support services until all VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and related facilities have fully transitioned to the EHR system. The intended sole source for this firm fixed price modification is Oracle Health Government Services, Inc., located at 8779 Hillcrest Rd., Kansas City, MO 64138. A justification permitting other than full and open competition has been approved. The statutory authority for limiting competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103 1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
The North American Industrial Classification for this effort is 541512. The anticipated award date of on or about August 17, 2026.
