The City of White Rock invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for HUB26-005 - Environmental Site Assessment Consultant Services. The assignment includes a combined Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Stage 1 Preliminary Site Investigation of the White Rock Civic Block, meeting CSA Standard Z768-01 and section 58 of the Contaminated Sites Regulation. The scope also covers a Site Disclosure Statement Trigger Memorandum, limited environmental development permit screening, geotechnical program review and coordination, environmental cost-risk input to Class B estimating, and potentially a provisionally priced Stage 2 work plan and authorization package.
