Description
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking to procure SEL 451 Protection, Automation, and Bay Control System relays and SEL 751 Feeder Protection Relays to replace aging SEL protection relays in their electrical system. The new relays must be fully compatible with KUA's existing SEL relay fleet, protection schemes, relay settings, communication protocols, programming logic, relay software, and SCADA infrastructure. The SEL 451 relays will provide integrated protection, automation, and bay control functions, while the SEL 751 relays will provide feeder protection and fault locating capabilities. The equipment must integrate seamlessly without requiring redesign or modification of existing systems.
