Description

The Brevard County Housing and Human Services Department is soliciting applications from developers for Florida Housing Finance Corporation tax credits, State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) funds, and/or revenue bonds for proposed developments located in Unincorporated Brevard County and the cities. The solicitation is a Request for Applications (RFA) with no online submissions accepted. Insurance is required, but no bid, performance, or construction bonds are required.
