Description
Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify qualified General Contractors to provide Construction Services on an as-and-when-required basis for construction projects with an anticipated value of less than $200,000. Services may include pre-construction planning, project management, site supervision, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, procurement and management of labour, materials and equipment, demolition, renovations, tenant improvements, building system upgrades, civil works, site servicing, building envelope, structural improvements, accessibility improvements, sustainability initiatives and other construction and facility maintenance activities. The pre-qualification list will be in place for up to three years, during which JIBC may invite pre-qualified contractors to participate in subsequent competitive procurement processes or negotiate directly for specific projects. Respondents must demonstrate insurance, bonding, and relevant experience requirements.
