Alameda County Health Behavioral Health Department, via its General Services Agency-Procurement office, is seeking proposals for recruitment and staffing services to provide licensed clinical psychologists for jail-based behavioral health programs. - Government Buyer: - Alameda County Health Behavioral Health Department - General Services Agency-Procurement - Scope of Services: - Recruitment and placement of licensed clinical psychologists (permanent and/or temporary) - Services to support the Forensic, Diversion, and Re-entry System of Care division - Work locations: County jail facilities in Dublin, Pleasanton, Oakland, and San Leandro - Psychologists must be licensed in California and able to supervise interns/associates - Services include: - Mental health screening - Clinical assessments - Risk assessment - Crisis intervention and stabilization - Diagnosis and treatment planning - Individual and group counseling - Case management and care coordination - Re-entry planning for incarcerated individuals - Vendor Pool: - Up to fifteen vendors may be awarded - Contractors selected based on candidate qualifications, experience, availability, bill rate, and operational needs - County may bypass secondary competition in urgent or unique cases - No OEMs or product vendors are involved, as this is a staffing services solicitation - Notable Requirements: - All psychologists must be licensed in California - Ability to supervise interns/associates is required - Services provided on an as-needed basis
