Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking qualified vendors for comprehensive roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement, waterproofing services, and supplies across district facilities. - Government Buyer: - Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) Procurement Department - Contact: Nicki Trice, Senior Buyer - Products and Services Requested: - Roofing repairs for multiple roof types: single ply, modified bitumen, metal, shingles, and built-up multiply roofing - Pricing requested per square foot, including all flashing repair - Exterior wall sealant and backer rod removal/replacement (priced per linear foot) - Waterproofing services - Roofing supplies and materials - Labor rates for craftsmen, laborers, and crews (regular and overtime) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or material manufacturers are named; opportunity is open to all qualified providers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must not be associated with proprietary sales or have links to distributors/material manufacturers for maintenance services - Submission of catalog or price list required - Compliance with LISD insurance requirements (general liability, auto, umbrella liability with LISD as additional insured) - Background checks and adherence to public records/conflict of interest disclosures - Contract may be awarded to multiple or single vendors at LISD's discretion - Pricing structure includes per square foot, per linear foot, and hourly/daily labor rates - Contract Structure: - Initial term of two years, with two optional two-year renewals and a possible 90-day extension - Auto-renewal unless notified 90 days prior

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals for roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement, waterproofing services, and supplies. The scope includes alteration, modification, and maintenance of roofing systems and equipment. Vendors must not be associated with proprietary sales or links to distributors and manufacturers when providing roof maintenance. The contract may be awarded to multiple proposers or a single proposer at the district's discretion, with an initial term from October 2026 to October 2028 and options for two additional two-year renewals.
