The Wisconsin Resource Center, part of the Department of Health Services' Division of Care and Treatment Services, is seeking bids for a custom Emergency Response Unit (ERU) Tactical Enclosed Trailer. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health Services (DHS) - Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) - Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) custom-built Emergency Response Unit (ERU) Tactical Enclosed Trailer - 8.5 x 24 ft, 82-inch height, silver color - Aluminum roof and skin, engineered wood and water-resistant plywood floor - Interior features: white vinyl faced walls, cove trim, roof vent, cabinets (V-nose overhead and base), LED lighting (porch, load, dome), 110V and 12V power, 2 roof-mounted A/C units with heat strips - Exterior features: plastic Salem vents, 36-inch side access door, step well, 5000-pound wheel jack, car haul grade ramp, recessed D-Ring tie downs, aluminum diamond plate floor - Recessed E-Track system in floor and walls, recessed spare tire well - Installation of a weapons cabinet (cabinet provided by WRC) - 4-year warranty - OEM and Vendor Requirements: - All preventative maintenance and replacement parts must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - No aftermarket parts allowed unless specifically approved by WRC - Contractor must honor manufacturer's standard warranty - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with background checks and site visit protocols - Bids must be submitted via the Wisconsin eSupplier system - Preference may be given to certified minority and disabled veteran-owned businesses, per state rules - Contract Value and Duration: - Maximum contract value: $50,000 - Contract period: up to three years or until the spending cap is reached
