Description

Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) is requesting competitive, sealed proposals for a contractor to provide Substitute Employment Services on an as needed basis for faculty/teachers, classroom aides, administrative/office, early childhood education center cook, and extra-duty help. The services are to fulfill intermittent vacancies due to illness, personal leave, vacation, jury duty, professional/business activities, and FMLA. The initial contract period is from October 15, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with an option to renew for an additional two-year extension. The contractor will be responsible for recruiting, employing, training, and placing substitutes, maintaining employment records, and providing a web-based platform for absence management and reporting.
