Living Waters Residence Inc. is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the retrofit of an occupied seniors' residential building located in Mississauga, Ontario. The project is delivered under a Construction Management model by Impact Energy Services Inc. The work includes supply of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to complete the retrofit. The retrofit involves mechanical, electrical, and energy conservation improvements to improve building performance, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and enhance resident comfort while maintaining building operations throughout construction. Bids are accepted only from contractors invited by the Owner and must be submitted by email to tenders@impactenergy.ca.
