Description

This solicitation is issued by the State of Hawaii, Department of Land & Natural Resources, Division of Aquatic Resources, to contract support for the statewide Day-Use Mooring Buoy (DMB) Program. The contract covers five tasks over a twelve-month performance period: administering and coordinating the program statewide, inspecting, maintaining and repairing existing moorings, assisting with network expansion, conducting public outreach and stakeholder engagement, and identifying and pursuing additional funding opportunities.
