Description

The City of Abilene is soliciting proposals for the replacement and installation of a new Parking and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at the Abilene Regional Airport Terminal Parking Lot. The scope includes removal of old equipment, installation of new parking pass systems, credit card systems, software, and network equipment. The system must operate 24 hours a day with automated entry and exit lanes and include provisions for various parking categories such as Disabled Veteran, employee, and tenant parking. An alternate proposal allows for full service operation of the parking lot under a concession and operations agreement.
