Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking a qualified contractor for sidewalk replacement and repairs with an estimated value of $10,000,000. The contract work includes removal of existing sidewalks, construction of new concrete sidewalk segments, repair and rehabilitation of sidewalks and curb ramps, ADA compliance retrofitting, incidental irrigation repairs, necessary tree removal, temporary traffic control, and site restoration including sodding. A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goal of 9% has been established for subcontractors. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) with a closing date of September 10, 2026.
