Description

The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council has updated its procedures for implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The updated NEPA Procedures reflect changes following the removal of CEQ NEPA regulations and align with Executive Order 14154. The Council eliminated a Categorical Exclusion for administrative and routine office activities. The updated procedures are available at www.restorethegulf.gov.
