The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering and design services for the Regional Water Supply Resiliency Project ("Secure the Source Project"). - Government Buyer: - Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), Engineering & Construction Department - Scope of Work: - Preliminary engineering study and preparation of a 35% design for a secondary water source to supplement the Potomac River supply - Services include engineering, geophysical surveying, mapping, laboratory testing, environmental consulting, and public relations - Work must comply with Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) Section 203 requirements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to WRDA Section 203 guidelines - Submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required with all proposals - All submissions must be made through the WSSC eProcurement Portal

This solicitation is for the development of a long-term water source solution, including engineering and design services.
