Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the administrative reviews covering the periods of review of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders for various products and countries due to the timely withdrawal of all review requests. The rescission applies to multiple antidumping and countervailing duty orders on products such as common alloy aluminum sheet, brass rod, forged steel fittings, and others from countries including Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Republic of Korea, Republic of Turkiye, South Africa, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, and the People's Republic of China. The rescission is effective August 11, 2026, and instructs U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess duties at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry for the periods of review noted.
