Description

The City of Bismarck is seeking cost proposals for dewatering polymer from qualified vendors for use with the City's solid waste processing equipment at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The polymer must meet or exceed the Solenis K274FLX performance and be more economical based on cost per dry ton of biosolids produced. Vendors must comply with all trial, testing, and specifications as noted, and provide bid sheets, safety and technical data sheets, approval documentation, delivery capability, and training/support information. Bids are due by November 3, 2026, and will be publicly opened and reviewed the same day.
