Description
In accordance with FAR 5.2, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) hereby announces its intention to award a sole source, firm-fixed price, contract to acquire legal services for the ongoing maintenance and enforcement of settlement agreements and judgments already obtained by DFC This contract includes one 12-month base year and one 12-month option years.
