Description
Durham Public Schools (DPS) is soliciting qualified vendors through a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide in-person School Psychology services. The contract term is for three years, starting with the 2026–2027 school year and ending with the 2028–2029 school year. The purpose of this RFP is to address staffing shortages and ensure timely, legally compliant services for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA, North Carolina policies, and local procedures.
