Description
The University of North Carolina Greensboro is seeking vendors to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, site visits, supervision, and insurance necessary to complete minor repairs and interior and exterior painting services. The services cover all Residence Halls under the Housing & Residence Life Department and all Academic and Administrative buildings under the Facilities Department. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Vendors must be registered with the State of North Carolina's Electronic Vendor Portal to respond.
