The Kansas Air National Guard at McConnell AFB is seeking a Tactical sUAS Package for Point Defense Assessment and ISR overwatch operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Kansas Air National Guard, 184th Wing Contracting Office at McConnell AFB - Products/Services Requested: - Tactical, multiband small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS), NDAA-compliant - Engineered for operation in highly contested, GPS/GNSS-denied environments - ~40 minutes flight time, 45 mph max speed, under 40 seconds hand launch deployment - IP54 dust and water resistance, operating temperature -4 to 113°F - True 360° obstacle avoidance - Modular triple-camera system: telephoto, narrow, and radiometric thermal - Radio capable of operating in contested RF environments - Controller with 6.6" touchscreen (120Hz, 2340x1080, 1750 nits), 9600mAh battery (~5 hours operation) - Attachments and Accessories (each, quantity 1): - Night sense with infrared attachment - Molle pouch (fits vehicle and battery) - Speaker/mic attachment - Spotlight attachment - Parachute for sUAS - Dropper attachment/capability - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be NDAA-compliant - Designed for rapid deployment and operation in GPS-denied, RF-contested environments - Modular payload and accessory support - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; open to all qualified vendors

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part Deviation Guidance Subpart 12.202(b) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The 184 Wing is requesting quotes for A tactical, multiband, sUAS engineered for operation in highly contested, GPS denied environments and is NDAA-compliant. 

This is Full and Open Competition Solicitation and would result in one award to acceptable offeror.

Delivery request is 60 days from date of award to Building 42, 57330 Mustang Drive, McConnell AFB, KS 67221.
