This is the official pre-solicitation notice for the Tyndall Air Force Base Airfield Civil Works Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. The small business size standard under NAICS 237310 is $45,000,000.00. The Department of the Air Force anticipates issuing a solicitation for a comprehensive Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to execute various civil works projects on the active airfield at Tyndall AFB where specific requirements and quantities will be established via individual Task Orders throughout the five-year ordering period (base year and four option years). The scope of work encompasses the demolition, repair, and new construction of heavy-load airfield pavements, including Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), and interlocking pavers.
