Description

The City of Raleigh is seeking professional foodservice design and consulting services for the Raleigh Convention Center Expansion. The selected consultant will be responsible for programming, designing, specifying, and preparing bid documents for all commercial foodservice equipment and food/beverage service areas within the new facility. Additionally, the consultant will provide coordination and construction-phase services through equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning. The project involves a new facility with multiple meeting rooms and flex halls, with construction anticipated to start in November 2026 and last approximately 36 months.
