The Trustees of the California State University are soliciting proposals for a 20-year Site License Power Purchase Agreement (SLPPA) for the CSU Bakersfield Solar & Battery Project. The selected provider will finance, construct, own, operate, maintain, and transfer the system as per the RFP and related documents. Proposals must be submitted by September 16, 2026, before 3:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk will be held on August 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
