Description
This solicitation is full and open. The United States Military Academy wishes to procure a Structural Load Frame, that will be erected in Goethals Hall. Attached is the Performance work statement and the structure specifications.

Include a signed and priced solication, the AISC certification for prime contractor or subcontractor, and
a Tolerance capability statement.
The tolerance capability statement is a detailed technical narrative explaining the machining and QA/QC processes the contractor will use to achieve the strict 1/32-inch dimensional tolerances required for the steel members.
