Pickens County Government is seeking a firm to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the New Aquatic Center and Improvements at Roper Park. The project includes two components: construction of a new aquatic facility and major non-aquatic park improvements. The selected firm will serve as Construction Manager, performing services including project planning, estimating, value engineering, contract awarding, construction management, and warranty implementation.
