The District of North Vancouver's Communications Department is seeking professional communications services on an as-and-when-requested basis to support its projects and programs throughout the year. Services include communication strategies, community engagements, visual design, printing and mailing, professional writing and editing, research, polling, surveying, signage design, production, and installation. The objective is to award Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) to successful bidders for each specific type of service, with the possibility of multiple SOAs being awarded for each service type. Bidders with experience in multiple service types may be awarded more than one SOA. The solicitation status is cancelled.
