Description
This procurement is for moving and installation services on an “as and when required” basis for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). The services include relocation and/or installation of office suites, furniture, workstations, computers, filing cabinets, shelving, kitchen and boardroom equipment, and other workplace items such as fridges and microwaves. Tasks may include packing, crating, loading, transporting, unloading, unpacking, assembly/disassembly, and site cleanup. Work may be performed during normal business hours or outside normal hours on weeknights and weekends. The contract duration is 7 months with options to extend up to 3 additional 1-year periods, and the region of opportunity is British Columbia.
