Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) intends to solicit offers for Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Emergency Housing in Stanislaus County, California, in support of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. The purpose of this contract is to provide emergency housing, meals, and case management services to homeless Veterans in a community-based residential facility located within the required Stanislaus County zip codes. Services will include between 5 and 15 beds (starting with 8 beds) for male and female Veterans, with a minimum one-year established presence in the required zip codes, 24/7 staffing, three nutritious meals daily, laundry facilities, and individualized case management support focused on achieving permanent, stable housing placement. The period of performance begins September 30, 2026. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations.
