Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in support of CSOSA's Office of Behavioral Intervention to provide supportive housing services.

CSOSA is seeking qualified/capable firms that can provide of supportive housing services (Up to 180 days) for up to 16 offenders per day within the city limits of Washington, DC.

The RFQ will be advertised as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 624229, Other Community Housing Services. The resultant award is anticipated to be a total of 5 years (one 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods). A formal solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around August 19, 2026.

This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and does not commit the Government to award any contracts now or in the future. CSOSA will not issue hard copies of the solicitation. All responsible quoters are invited to submit a response.
