Description

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for Mil-Spec Shipboard Cable (M24643/32-10UN, LS2SWAU-61). Material quoted must be manufactured by an authorized manufacturer listed on the Qualified Product Database (QPD) to be acceptable. QPD can be found at https://qpldocs.dla.mil/search/parts.aspx?qpl=1934. Instructions for adding material to the QPD/QPL can be found at https://www.dsp.dla.mil/. Please see attached Solicitation for additional specs. (Qty: 1,500 FT Total: ONE SINGLE ROLL OF 1,000 FT and ONE SINGLE ROLL OF 500 FT) 

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance. 

Drawing, references and TGIs will not be provided or furnished as part of this solicitation due to distribution restrictions.  Drawings, references and TGIs are available to quoters listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website.  Quoters may request these by providing their CAGE code and DD-2345 for their data custodian.  For instructions on how to register for JCP please go to https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ .
