Notification of Removal of Restrictive Markings on ROLM ALCS Technical Data Drawings

This notice informs the public of the Air Force's intent to remove restrictive markings from technical data drawings related to the Airborne Launch Control Systems (ALCS): - The affected drawings were originally issued by Rolm Corporation under contracts awarded to GTE. - Drawing numbers include: 16-200901, 78-115493, 200959-05_0B6J0, 200972-03_0B6J0, 201049-01_14345, 201050-01_14345, and 201050-02_14345. - The government will assert unlimited rights to use, duplicate, or disclose these technical data drawings per DFARS 252.227-7013. - No products or services are being solicited or procured; this is strictly an informational announcement regarding intellectual property rights and data usage. - No commercial opportunity, contract, or vendor engagement is associated with this notice.

Description

No response has been provided to the Government’s inquiry dated 6 May 2026 concerning restrictive markings on Blueprint drawing numbers16-200901, 78-115493, 200959-05_0B6J0, 200972-03_0B6J0, 201049-01_14345, 201050-01_14345, and 201050-02_14345. As a result, the Government shall without further notice correct, cancel, ignore and/or remove all restrictive markings from Blueprint drawing numbers 16-200901, 78-115493, 200959-05_0B6J0, 200972-03_0B6J0, 201049-01_14345, 201050-01_14345, and 201050-02_14345, and the Government shall use such technical data on Blueprint drawing numbers 16-200901, 78-115493, 200959-05_0B6J0, 200972-03_0B6J0, 201049-01_14345, 201050-01_14345, and 201050-02_14345 with unlimited rights in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7013. Unlimited Rights means rights to use, duplicate, or disclose technical data, in whole or in part, in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever, and to have or permit others to do so.
