This opportunity is for preventative maintenance and repair services for water recycling wash rack systems at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, Texas. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force, 12th Maintenance Group (12 MXG) and 12th Mission Support Group, 502d Contracting Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - Riveer (manufacturer of the custom water cannon and pressure washer systems) - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly preventative maintenance and repair services for two Riveer Custom Water Cannon and Pressure Washer water recycling systems at Hangar 16 and Hangar 42 - Maintenance and repair of associated reverse osmosis water treatment systems - Replacement parts and supplies, including carbon and sand media, RO membranes, ozone modules, cannon guns, hoses, belts, filters, fittings, defoamer, oil, softener salt, fuses, lubricants, and miscellaneous hardware - Emergency and urgent repair response (within 24-48 hours) - Winterization services for equipment - Quantities and Scope: - 2 water recycling systems - Monthly maintenance for each system (12 per year, per system) - Base year plus four 12-month option years (total potential duration: 5 years) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all parts, supplies, and documentation - All repair work requires prior government approval - Compliance with Air Force Occupational Safety and Health standards - Emergency response within 24 hours for critical repairs - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC) - Evaluation based on technical capability and price (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable)
