Description

1. ANNOUNCEMENT

The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), announces its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS Inc. for the delivery of their proprietary G-Invoicing and the Intragovernmental Process (5138). This action is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

This notice serves to inform industry of the government's intent to award this requirement on a sole-source basis and to conduct market research to identify other sources that may be capable of satisfying this requirement. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the government does not intend to issue a contract based on responses to this notice alone.

3. REQUIREMENT DETAILS & ATTACHMENTS

The USCG requires the MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS G-Invoicing Course as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to provide a training course that is fully equivalent in curriculum, learning objectives, and instructional delivery to the specified Management Concepts G-Invoicing Course.

Statement of Work (SOW): Details the technical and educational requirements of the G-Invoicing course. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition: Details the government's rationale for pursuing a sole-source award. Sole Source Letter: Documentation from the course developer establishing their proprietary rights to this curriculum.
