Subject: Cancellation of Contract 36C25626P0483 Termination for Convenience 1. Purpose of Modification This modification formally cancels Contract 36C25626P0483. The cancellation is issued under the authority of FAR 52.212 4(l), Termination for the Government s Convenience. The Government s requirement has been revised and will be resolicited through Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov). 2. Authority for Termination In accordance with FAR 52.212 4(l), the Government may terminate this contract, in whole or in part, at its sole convenience. This action is taken because the requirement has changed and must be re competed to accurately reflect the updated Government need. 3.
