Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA intends to award a sole-source firm fixed-price contract. This requirement will be solicited as other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 12 “Commercial Items.”

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III Supply Effort is attached to this solicitation. This procurement action is for an annual subscription to a web-based Enhanced Billing Data Analysis and Reporting business intelligence tool required to conduct aggregation, analysis, and reporting of telecommunications billing data in order to improve reimbursable customer funding recapture rates, track expenditure rates, maximize buying power, provide on-time command service usage reports, and sustain auditable financial conditions IAW the PWS.

Potential vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above website. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
