This solicitation is for the FY27 Those Who Excel (TWE) & Teacher of the Year (TOY) Awards Banquet sponsored by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). The procurement includes conference space within or near a hotel in Central Illinois, audiovisual equipment rental, catering services for a banquet with an estimated attendance of 700-1050 guests, lodging accommodations with a room block, and complimentary parking for ISBE staff or volunteers. Preferred locations for the event are Bloomington, Normal, Peoria, Champaign, and Springfield, with the preferred meeting date on April 24, 2027, and alternate dates on April 17 or May 1, 2027.
