The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The contract will be awarded as Firm Fixed-Price. Quotes will be evaluated for best value based on price, features, delivery, and warranty. If options are included, the Government will evaluate offers by adding the total price for all options to the basic requirement. The Government may find an offer unacceptable if option prices are unbalanced. Evaluation of options does not obligate the Government to exercise them. A written notice of award or acceptance, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the acceptance period, will result in a binding contract.
