Description

The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the replacement of a Lennox furnace at the Andersen Enrichment Center. The project includes removal of the existing furnace and installation of a new Lennox 110,000 BTU, 96% AFUE Upflow Furnace, along with necessary sheet metal work, mixing box installation, gas and electrical connections, PVC flue/venting, cleaning of the air conditioning coil, start-up and testing, permits and inspections, removal and disposal of old equipment, and warranty provisions. Bidders are encouraged to attend a walk-through scheduled for August 13, 2026, at the Andersen Enrichment Center. Bids must be submitted by August 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
