DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 7.107-3, Notification of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District is publishing this Special Notice to advise industry of the approval of a Consolidation Determination and Findings (D&F) for a $99 Million Small Business (SB) Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) Roofing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) in the Front Range, specifically the states of Colorado and Wyoming. The Omaha District Chief of Contract has formally determined that consolidating these requirements is both necessary and justified. The consolidation will establish a single Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with an estimated total capacity of $99,000,000 over a three-year base period and one two year option period.

JUSTIFICATION FOR CONSOLIDATION: Through comprehensive market research, the government has concluded that consolidating these requirements provides the best value to the Government. For additional details, please review the attached Redacted Consolidation D&F.
