Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC) is seeking to pre-qualify qualified General Contractors to provide Construction Services on an as-and-when-required basis for construction projects with an anticipated value of less than $200,000. Services may include pre-construction planning, project management, site supervision, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, procurement and management of labour, materials and equipment, demolition, renovations, tenant improvements, building system upgrades, civil works, site servicing, building envelope, structural improvements, accessibility improvements, sustainability initiatives, and other construction and facility maintenance activities. Respondents must demonstrate insurance coverage, bonding capability, active WorkSafeBC account, and relevant experience. The pre-qualified list will be valid for up to three years, with potential invitations for competitive procurement or direct negotiations for specific projects.
