RFI: Nationwide Telecommunications Analysis System for ICE HSI

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is seeking industry input for a nationwide Telecommunications Analysis System. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) - Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) - Products/Services Requested: - Telecommunications Analysis System - Must support 500+ concurrent users nationwide and abroad - Data ingestion from telecom, social media, GPS, and mobile forensics sources - Advanced analytics and visualization tools, including 3D mapping and AI assistant - Live intercept capabilities - Deconfliction and data sharing with partner agencies - Strict security and compliance controls within ICE/HSI security boundary - Cloud infrastructure support and AGILE development - User training and support - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must enable live intercept and real-time analysis - Must integrate with a wide range of data sources - High scalability and security are critical - Responses must be submitted via Microsoft Forms; email responses and general marketing material are not accepted - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities are listed in the notice or attachments.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Broad Agency Announcement, Request for Proposal, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. HSI is not seeking proposals at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned.
