Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal to award a contract to vendors for providing prescription eyeglasses, including lenses, frames, and associated materials, to the State of Minnesota for the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) and other participating states. The contract period starts on September 1, 2026, or upon contract execution, lasting until August 31, 2027, with options to extend up to 48 months.
