The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for labor, mobilization, livestock, husbandry, fencing, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, incidentals, and all else necessary for prescribed rotational goat grazing on oak savanna and oak woodland communities to reduce invasive shrubs at two locations comprising up to approximately 33 total acres at Myre-Big Island State Park. The solicitation includes mobilization of 60-80 goats, fencing installation and maintenance per paddock, and daily grazing rates covering watering, herd monitoring, and incidentals. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting all terms and specifications.
