The Maritime Administration (MARAD), under the Department of Transportation, is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the coastwise trade laws for the foreign-built small passenger vessel named S/V NOVA. The vessel is authorized to carry no more than twelve passengers for hire.
