Description

This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Fleet New Construction and In-Service Provisioning, and Availability Logistics Support in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) and SSN attachment. 

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the Sources Sought Attachment.

NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 21 August 2026.

Responses shall list "N64498-27-RFPREQ-PD-31-0002" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
