Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the supply of traffic signs, reflective sheeting materials, and related sign fabrication supplies and hardware. - Government Buyer: - Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners, Public Works Department - OEMs Highlighted: - Avery Dennison (TrafficJet printers, eco-solvent spot color inks, prismatic retroreflective sheeting, overlays) - Mutoh (ValueJet print platform, Eco Ultra process color inks) - Products and Materials Requested: - Wide range of standard and custom traffic signs (Stop, Yield, Speed Limit, Warning, Parking, Object Markers, etc.) - Prismatic retroreflective sheeting rolls (Avery Dennison T6000 Type VI, T11000 Type XI, and others) - Anti-graffiti overlay films (OL1000, OL2000 Series) - TrafficJet ink bags (various colors, 950ML) - Mutoh Eco Ultra process color inks (CMYK, 220ML) - Sign hardware: posts, brackets, blades, delineators - Technical and Compliance Requirements: - All materials must meet Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction - Signs and sheeting must comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) minimum retroreflectivity levels - Use of specified OEM inks and overlays is required for warranty coverage and durability - Encouragement of participation from small, minority/women-owned, and disadvantaged businesses - Contract Structure: - Initial one-year term, with up to two one-year renewal options - Payment upon completion of task orders, subject to annual appropriation - Contractor responsible for insurance and compliance with public records law

Description

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of signs and reflective sheeting material.
